Point Michaud – A fine day for a hike to the point of Point Michaud. Starting at the parking lot at Point Michaud Beach, a 2Km walk on fine packed sand will take you to a rocky and boggy area then out to the rocky headland of the point. As you start around the point, the Basque Islands can be seen about 2Km offshore.
