This pretty scene was taken in L’Ardoise in mid-January. We can see the brook running through the snow and ice toward the frozen ponds just on the other side of the hill. As of today, after a couple of weeks of cold spells and milder days, with rain, freezing rain, ice pellets and snow, I believe the brook is still open. Next time that I pass by I’ll have to check it out…
