Low Point Lighthouse in New Victoria. This photo was taken last week with a Canon PowerShot SX700HS digital camera, which you must agree captured a bright and crisp looking photo. This compact camera has a 30x lens and a lot of features, but image quality suffers in low light. I had this camera for a week-end just trying it out for myself and after hours of reading reviews and snapping 189 photos, I eventually decided on buying the Sony Cyber-shot RX100MII compact camera. From all the reviews, this one delivers excellent image quality thanks to a 1-inch back-illuminated CMOS sensor and f/1.8 lens. By next week, I should have my hands on this camera and looking forward to maybe a photo shoot around my scenic island…
